We are currently seeking a Product Manager for our immunization information system software products to join our expanding national team with headquarters in Greenwood Village, CO. The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of relevant software product management experience, a passion for delivering quality products, a desire to help the world be a healthier place to live in, and a keen interest in public health technology. What you'll be doing:Collaborate with our clients. Work with our clients to understand their needs and create products to solve their problems.Work with our scrum teams to ensure they fully understand the vision for new products and features to successfully deliver value to our clientsPrioritize work for our scrum teams to ensure they are working on the most relevant efforts to meet our organization’s goalsProduce detailed software and data requirements, as well as use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteriaProduce business process flow diagrams using Visio or other toolsConduct joint application development (JAD) meetings with end users, developers, and client engagement managersDemo new features to internal and external stakeholdersContribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organizationManagement of scrum team’s assigned development efforts, ensuring that projects complete on time and within budgetWhat we're looking for: Bachelor’s degree or higher.3+ years of experience in a software Product Manager role3+ years of experience leveraging Agile (Scrum) methodologies and processes3+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Azure DevOps, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)Experience with UI/UX designExperience ensuring accessibility compliance, specifically with Section 508 requirementsMicrosoft Power BIStrong interest in Product Management and Agile MethodologiesStrong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launchSelf-starter willing to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervisionEffective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external audiencesMust work well in a team environmentAbility to produce high quality work in a timely fashion Ability to quickly understand the existing systems and analyze the system impact of changesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated to learn and keep up with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trendsTarget Salary Bands: Each team member’s compensation decisions are based on several inputs, and we expect many of the candidates who are offered positions to fall within the advertised salary band. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged sitting; infrequent to occasional walking or standing. Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment deemed necessary for the position. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds. Ability to work in a normal office environment.

Envision Technology Partners’ standard business hours are from 8am to 5pm Mountain Time Monday through Friday, with the exception of the approved Federal Holidays. While staff may have an approved work schedule outside of this timeframe, it is expected that employees will be able to participate in business activities during these hours with the exception of approved leave (e.g., PTO, Holidays, etc.) It may be required occasionally as well for staff to participate in client-driven activities outside of the company’s standard business hours.
