Job description

Position: QA Manager-E-commerce
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)

The ideal profile is that of an experienced professional with significant experience managing and delivering eCommerce testing services and a record of delivery excellence. Specifically, we're looking for candidates with:

Detailed understanding of QA processes and their application to retail and eCommerce applications
Experience designing and implementing end to end QA solutions for these business domains
Mentoring and coaching a talented team of leads and analysts while owning overall outcomes
Mindset of continuous measurement and improvement
Ability to produce quantitative data and analysis and use it to drive measurable results
Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes to both technical and non technical audiences
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and work towards mutual success
