Min 3.5 years of proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Core responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract preparation. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best recruitment practices. Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
