Purpose: 


We are seeking a motivated Full Cycle Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting process, working closely with hiring managers to attract, source, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for candidates.


This role will be an integral part of the HR department and may occasionally support other areas of HR, such as culture, engagement, and employee experience, as needed.

Position Responsibilities: 


Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage the entire recruiting process from job intake to offer acceptance within Corporate, Sales, Operations, Field Operations, Warehouse/Supply Chain, Engineering and more.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with company needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Applicant Tracking & Process Management:
  • Post jobs, review applicants, and manage the hiring process using Paylocity ATS.
  • Build and maintain structured interview plans within the system.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of candidates and hiring metrics.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns.
Talent Pipeline & Market Research:
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, engaging with passive candidates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. 
Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of  recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment,  preferably in a high-growth or start up company.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake to hiring within Corporate, Operations, Field Operations, Warehouse/Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales  and more.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Paylocity is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HR software systems.
  • Ability to work EST hours and reside in Atlanta, GA or Charleston, SC market 
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and/or report to our Atlanta office.
