10 years' experience as a project manager or project team manager delivering information systems and business transformation projects. 7 years' experience as a Project Manager or Team Manager managing the implementation of systems in a Long Term Care or Acute Care environment. 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst performing requirements definition and requirements management. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years. At least 1 example should be in a healthcare environment. 5 years' experience as a Test Manager leading Quality Assurance team(s) in the creation of test strategies, plans and managing testing resources. 3 years' experience managing projects implementing information systems designed to support Homecare programs on a provincial level for homecare patient registration and clinical documentation. 3 years' experience as a project manager implementing or upgrading the Allscripts suite of applications in a healthcare environment.
