This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 48 hours per week
  • Monday to Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm Auckland, NZ
  • Includes 30 minutes paid break
  • Commissions will be available for hitting targets

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound sales calls, responding with enthusiasm and expertise to potential customers
  • Craft compelling responses to email inquiries, converting digital leads into concrete bookings
  • Conduct strategic outbound calls to follow up on leads generated through sophisticated Google Ads campaigns
  • Provide accurate, detailed, and persuasive quotes for moving services, tailoring your approach to each customer’s unique needs
  • Utilize advanced phone dialer systems and CRM software to efficiently manage customer interactions and track lead progression
  • Maintain clear, professional, and engaging communication with potential customers across all channels
  • Strive to achieve and exceed a minimum 25% lead-to-sale conversion rate, directly contributing to the company’s profitability
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand lead sources and quality, using this insight to refine your sales approach
  • Adapt swiftly to changing customer needs and market conditions, staying ahead of industry trends
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions, continuously honing your sales skills
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven track record in telesales with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain it throughout the sales process
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and phone dialer software, with a willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
  • Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection constructively and maintain high energy levels throughout the day
  • Basic understanding of the moving or logistics industry preferred, but not required – your sales acumen and willingness to learn are more important
  • Comfort with a 48-hour work week, including Saturdays, and the flexibility to adjust to business needs
  • A quiet, professional home office environment with a stable internet connection for remote work
