Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive - International to drive business growth by managing virtual sales, networking on LinkedIn, and performing outreach to potential clients outside the UAE. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic prospecting, and the ability to build and maintain relationships to convert leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
  • Attend to leads generated from international markets outside the UAE.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn networking, cold outreach, and other digital platforms.
  • Present and promote company services/products effectively to potential clients.
Networking & Client Engagement:
  • Establish strong professional relationships with international clients.
  • Engage with prospects on LinkedIn through targeted messaging and content sharing.
  • Conduct virtual sales meetings, demos, and negotiations.
  • Provide prompt follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects and customers.
Market Research & Strategy:
  • Analyze international market trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements in sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies for international expansion.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Monitor and track outreach and engagement metrics.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
  • 1-3 years of experience in international sales, virtual sales, or remote business development.
  • Strong networking skills on LinkedIn and ability to generate leads.
  • Experience with virtual sales tools (e.g., Zoom, CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a commission-based sales structure with a fixed base salary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or international markets is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital outreach tools.
