Job description

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team. You’ll be our clients' main point of contact, overseeing project timelines, maintaining strong relationships, and helping optimize our processes for smooth operations. This role requires a proactive approach to client communication and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Work schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
Location: Open to candidates based in Venezuela.
Language requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
Modality: Fully remote.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent, proactive communication, participating in client calls, documenting key points, and following up on action items.
Project Management: Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule utilizing our project management tool (ClickUp) to track progress, updates, and action items.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to achieve client objectives.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and support the team in implementing efficient workflows.
Client Onboarding and Support: Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless transitions. Also being responsible for monitoring budgets, client goals, and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to clients and internal teams.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years of experience in digital marketing project management.
Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level.
Excellent communication abilities.
Detail-oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
4+ years of experience using Project Management Tools.

Desired Skills

Experience using ClickUp for project management.
Background working with international clients or remote teams.
Experience working in digital marketing agencies.
