About the position

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with the Product & Engineering Leadership Team, our customers, and other Product Managers of Tempo to grow Tempo product lines and to optimize cross-product solutions and value delivery for our customers. 

We are looking for an experienced, collaborative and strategic-minded Product Manager to lead the growth of one of our critical product area. This role is pivotal in helping define and execute a cohesive product strategy that maximizes the value of our diverse product portfolio by delivering comprehensive, solution-based offerings to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching 0-to-1 products, strong expertise in analytics, AI/ML, and a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate must also have a customer-centric mindset and will connect regularly with Tempo customers to ensure we’re building the best possible solutions in our space. Experience in Portfolio Management / Work Management space and familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem are highly desirable.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision

  • Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers٫stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products

  • Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps

  • Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams

  • Organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule

  • Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision

  • Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience of working on Product Manager or other relevant position

  • Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment

  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions

  • Background in software development and program management is preferred

  • Strong organizational٫ leadership and communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science٫ Engineering or other related area
