We’re looking for a data-driven and dynamic Social Media Manager with a strong B2B background and deep expertise in tech, internet connectivity, and digital transformation.

 

You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a compelling social media strategy that integrates social search insights, trend analysis, and data-driven storytelling to engage a professional audience.

 

This role will primarily focus on a key tech and connectivity brand, but it will be one of the many exciting projects you’ll take on. You’ll also be tapped to support new business pitches, cross-industry projects, and strategic initiatives that require your expertise in social media, trends analysis, and audience engagement.

 

This is not your typical corporate B2B social media role—we want someone who can make even the most technical topics exciting, engaging, and relatable! You’ll transform complex ideas into social-first content that resonates with decision-makers, IT leaders, and business owners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a data-driven B2B social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Leverage social search insights, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to drive content relevancy.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize organic and paid campaigns to enhance brand positioning and lead generation.

2.     Content Creation & Optimization

  • Turn technical concepts into engaging, scroll-stopping content—think thought leadership, infographics, memes (when appropriate), and snackable videos.
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and video editors to create storytelling-driven content tailored for different platforms.
  • Optimize content for SEO and social search, ensuring it ranks for relevant industry topics.

3.     Data-Driven Approach

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Google Analytics).
  • Identify and act on content trends, audience behaviors, and engagement metrics to continuously refine strategy.
  • Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and experiments to improve engagement and conversions.

4.     Community Building & Engagement

  • Build relationships with industry leaders, tech influencers, and relevant online communities.
  • Engage with comments, messages, and discussions to humanize the brand and establish thought leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for employee advocacy and UGC to amplify brand reach.

5.     Beyond Social – Strategic & New Business Contributions

·       Hands-On & Agile – You thrive in fast-paced environments, experimenting with new content formats and strategies.

·       SEO & Social Search Aware – You know how to optimize content for discoverability and integrate keywords strategically.
