CEO Lawyer is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta.

We are seeking a Full-Time VA Staff Lawyer to assist in our Intake department. Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish).

 

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Review emails and chats constantly for new leads, file setups, audits, or other requested needs.
  • Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents on Dropbox.
  • Answer all the inbound calls, clients, and leads with great customer service skills. When needed, transfer it to the right member of the team.
  • Set up Filevine projects for new clients or the tools requested.
  • Register all the comments, observations, and updates in Leaddocket.
  • Review and look for new contracts to be registered into Filevine.
  • Follow up on the leads assigned, ensure a great quality interaction, and clean up the old Leads in Lead-docket.
  • Answer new potential clients, do the probing questions, and follow the process to complete the sign-in or escalate the call to an Intake Specialist.
  • Complete the intake process of a new client to be transferred to the Pre-Litigation department.
  • Send the submission emails to the Pre-Litigation department for new clients to start the case (notification).
  • Complete clinic referrals, taking into consideration the client's location.
  • Complete and share the EOD report every day at the end of the shift.
  • Complete assigned training on Trainual.
  • Assist the intake department on a task-by-task basis.
  • Participate in stand-up meetings, dailies, weeklies, and monthly meetings.
  • Participate actively in company activities or HR sessions.

WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?

  • Experience in negotiation, sales, law field, PI or similar.
  • Flexibility to work on rotational shifts including weekends.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Calendar, and use of tools to work, organize, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and high result/detail orientation.
  • Ability to collect data and learn quickly (fly learner).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, complying with the processes
