Intro and job overview:

Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is a 10 week program that begins June 30th and concludes September 5th. The Support Analyst Intern will work closely with the Support team.

The intern will: investigate, analyze, consolidate and reorganize team documentation and files including processes, product information, product training, information about selected clients, information about related teams, client incident reports, organizational reporting, and the Support team Wiki. The intern will also work in collaboration with peer interns in the other regions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Interview stakeholders in the Support organization to understand and describe usage patterns and requirements for various types of documents and other information.  
  • Identify and categorize existing documents and other information within the organization.
  • Evaluate current documentation policies and procedures, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Compile findings into structured presentations and reports, communicate insights to stakeholders, and collaborate with teams to refine document management processes.

  • Good organization and design sense, 
  • Ability to collaborate with teammates, people in other countries and time zones, 
  • Project management skills, 
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written),
  • Presentation skills, 
  • AWS, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
