The Clinical Support Systems Engineer for Beckman Coulter is responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance and emergency repair of Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay Analysers.

This position is part of the Global Product Technical Support team, with a focus on supporting Clinical Sites and Open Innovation partners within the EU. This role is field-based. Ideally you will be located in Amsterdam (Netherlands) or Gothenburg (Sweden) area. This role will be supporting several EU countries.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide top class service support to Clinical Sites and Beckman Coulter Open Innovation partners

  • Ensuring Preventative Maintenance Inspections and modifications are completed within the specified time frames.

  • Ensuring accurate, timely and complaint completion of all paperwork

  • Manage your daily schedule whilst prioritizing emergency calls

  • Be an integral part to bringing Beckman Coulter’s new product funnel to market

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Degree or certification in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical discipline

  • Experience from similar position

  • Experience installing Windows and Software updates and troubleshooting applications

  • Experience from manufacturing sites

  • Valid Driving license

  • Fluent in Swedish or Dutch and English language

  • Ability to travel 100%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Competent with MS Windows / Office and experience in basic networking

  • Experience in managing own workloads when working remotely

  • Fluent in French or German language

  • Experience from machine assembly
