Experience Level: Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience in video editing, preferably within real estate, branding, or commercial content creation. Preferred: Additional photo editing experience Industry Video Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating work on real estate tours, branding videos, and promotional content for various industries. Photo Editing Skills: Proficiency in flambient editing methods or expertise in lighting correction for real estate and commercial photography. Software Proficiency: Highly preferred experience in DaVinci Resolve for color grading (S-Log3 workflows); additional experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom is a plus. Technical Editing Skills: Strong understanding of cinematic editing techniques, including speed ramping, motion graphics, and advanced transitions. Attention to Detail: Strong eye for composition, color, and storytelling to deliver engaging, high-quality content across multiple industries.

Core responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit real estate, branding, and commercial videos (talking head, automotive, roofing, restaurants, etc.) with high-quality transitions, sound design, and cinematic flow. Real Estate & Commercial Video Production: Enhance property showcases and business branding videos using dynamic cuts, speed ramping, smooth motion effects, and aerial footage integration. Photo Editing (Flambient Method Preferred): Edit real estate and commercial photography with flambient techniques or advanced lighting correction for professional presentation. Advanced Color Grading: Work with S-Log3 and other color profiles to ensure high-quality, cinematic color correction across all projects. Post-Production Enhancements: Apply advanced retouching, masking, and compositing techniques to maintain a polished, high-end look. Collaboration & Workflow Management: Work closely with marketing and production teams to ensure consistency across platforms and deliverables. Social Media Content Creation: Adapt video and photo content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
