We are looking for a hungry BDR to join an unmatched team! As our BDR, you will be critical to build up our sales pipeline and outreach processes. You will drive outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone calls, & social media) to identify potential customers that would benefit from Secfix’s solution with the objective to set qualified meetings for our Account Executives. As our first Business Development Representative, you will::

  • Generate a high-quality sales pipeline

  • Exchange daily with C-Level executives and provide them with valuable compliance insights

  • Create a stellar first impression of Secfix as the first point of contact for prospects in their buying journey

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams

  • Build the foundations of Secfix’s scalable global expansion

About you:

  • You are a new graduate or have 1-2 years of work experience

  • You excel under pressure, navigating fast-paced decision-making and delivering results

  • You thrive in high-energy, target-driven environments and are passionate about prospecting, cold calling, and turning "no" into "yes." Challenges motivate you, and you enjoy the rush of closing deals

  • You are empathetic and curious - you love learning about customers and their problems

  • You are customer-focused and feel confident leading live conversations (phone, video, face-to-face)

  • You are creative and proactive - you’re always looking for ways to stand out with prospects and to improve the way we do things

  • You enjoy improving the status quo by creating structure and processes to scale

  • You are eager to learn new tools quickly, understand API documentation and improve processes at Secfix

  • You are resilient - it can be a tough role, with lots of rejection but the wins make it worth it!

  • You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills and an exceptional feel for language and messaging

What You'll Do:

You will play a big role in one of the biggest levers we have for growing the company: generating demand. We don’t (and can’t afford to) micro-manage. We have gathered many best practices and will give you full context on things that work. You can test things out, but at the end of the day, you have full ownership in how you deliver your results (with a strong support network from within and outside the company). You will:

  • Research and identify target companies and leads matching our ideal customer profile

  • Source and qualify outbound leads by applying qualification frameworks such as PACTT

  • Triage and qualify inbound leads from marketing activities

  • Manage prospecting work-flow in Sales Navigator and HubSpot

  • Set up Discovery meetings with the sales team

  • Report regularly to the CEO in weekly 1:1s and sales meetings

  • Consistently meet or overachieve on activity and monthly Sales Accepted Lead targets

  • Feedback prospect learnings to the Secfix product team to help refine our go-to-market positioning and playbook

Requirements:

  • English (fluent) and German (C2 level)

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or in a BDR/SDR role.

Interview Process:

  • 20-30 min - Intro call with Talent team

  • Take-home Assessment

  • 1hr Assessment review and interview with our CEO and Account Executive.

  • 1hr - Final "Virtual On-Site Interview" with team & Co-Founders in Gather, our virtual office
