The organizations around the world that we depend on every day to keep our loved ones safe and secure. To deliver global resiliency, we provide an elite cyber range platform to curate unassailable cyber defenses, data driven decisions, cutting edge training labs, live attack scenarios, and extensive individual and dynamic team readiness training.

SimSpace works as OneTeam to elevate humanity around the world. We are committed to continuously improving and delivering a cultivated member experience whether that is accomplished through focusing on supporting our client’s teams or our own mission driven SimSpacers.

We are an international company headquartered in Boston's Fort Point in the U.S. If you are interested in elevating the technology and creative solutions necessary to secure and safeguard our future while working alongside others who share your passion for purpose and development, we want to meet you!

Why should you choose a career at SimSpace?

We are an organization that is focused on building our culture and mindfully enhancing our atmosphere everyday which is why we have collaborated on an integral value system. • Acquire Understanding – We seek and provide clarity 10x, cultivate comprehension, and believe information goes both all ways
  • Operate as Innovators – We stay curious, practice consistency over intensity, and continue to be the change we need in the world
  • Teamwork Without Borders – We are never alone, we solve for all, and keep people at the heart of everything we do

We are looking for:
A Director, Product Management who will drive a disciplined, customer and data-driven product management process. This leader will take high-level vision and strategy direction from the founders and CPO and translate it into actionable execution plans for the product management team. This person Director will build a high-performing team of PMs (Product Managers) that can deliver impactful, iterative product enhancements while ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

What will you be doing as a Director, Product Management at SimSpace?

Product Management Process & Execution

  • Establish and lead a structured, data-informed product planning process that ensures the right problems are prioritized and solved for customers.

  • Refine and mature the product management function to focus on customer insights, telemetry, and market validation when defining priorities.

  • Implement best-in-class product management methodologies alongside the SCRUM development model and supporting agile processes without being overly prescriptive.

  • Drive alignment between product and UX, ensuring teams work as one to deeply understand user needs and define clear deliverables for engineering.

  • Define, track, and report on product success metrics, ensuring the team is continuously improving based on data.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, scaling their impact and effectiveness through focused coaching and process improvements.

  • Partner closely with the Director of UX to ensure product and design work in lockstep on discovery, validation, and execution.

  • Collaborate with Engineering leadership to ensure that product development is scoped realistically and delivers value iteratively.

  • Ensure clear, proactive communication with key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align on priorities and roadmap.

Strategic Leadership & Senior Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide regular updates to the senior leadership team, surfacing strategic initiative status, tradeoffs, and key decisions for collaborative discussion.

  • Help drive the product roadmap planning process, ensuring it reflects company strategy while being feasible and well-prioritized.

  • Foster a culture of customer obsession, ensuring that the team continuously gathers and applies user feedback to improve the product.

What are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Director, Product Management, you need to have:

  • Experience partnering with UX and engineering teams to ensure a seamless product development process.

  • Strong ability to surface tradeoffs and facilitate debate among executive stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with SCRUM development practices while keeping the focus on delivering pragmatic and outcome-driven results instead of rigidly aligning to processes alone.

  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with proven experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

  • U.S. citizenship as required by our U.S. Government contracts.

We’re proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive package designed to support your well-being, growth, and success:
