Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients to provide “white glove” service while guiding them through the intake process.

  • Conduct outbound client communications to reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and text.  During the conversation with the client, you will ask discovery questions to identify client needs, match clients needs with our services, qualify leads, and communicate with Regional Intake Managers to schedule assessments, conduct virtual assessments, and close clients.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using Salesforce, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities including outbound phone calls, text messages, emails, and live chat 

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Share best practices and insights with team members to improve overall performance. Prioritize quick response times and expedite efficient intake activities across multiple locations within the region.

  • Ensure timely and accurate data collection, entry, and documentation related to intake procedures.

  • Leverage internal and external resources to generate new leads using Salesforce to maintain list and track disposition.

  • Collaborate with various departments, including client success managers, operations, sales, and the call center, to streamline the intake process and address any challenges or bottlenecks.

  • Serve as a point of contact for external partners, agencies, and stakeholders involved in the intake process, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years previous experience at high-end inside sales / intake role, or equivalent experience, healthcare preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
