Job Description:

Our work depends on Program Analyst remotely joining our team to provide support to program managemnt, project leaders, and project team members through coordination, scheduling, and completion of tasks and deliverables. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this role. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Performs complex analytical tasks in support of the program/a project.
  • Develops plans, including schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements.
  • Participate in establishing and defining program requirements.
  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual and schedule objectives are met.
  • Interacts regularly with leadership, customers/stakeholders, and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
  • May perform business development activities.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience working at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
  • Business process or related experience eliciting knowledge from others and organizing effectively into written and visual forms of communication, including process diagrams
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, presentation, and facilitation, with the ability to interface with various levels of technical personnel, subject matter experts, and senior level stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
  • Candidate must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years
  • Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment
  • Experience using JIRA, Trello, and MS Teams
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and as an individual contributor
  • Meticulous attention to detail while conducting multiple high priority activities

The likely salary range for this position is $81,600 - $110,400. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
