Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm UT time

Job Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales Specialist to handle lead nurturing and conversions for our weight loss programs. This role is focused on engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and converting leads into enrolled clients. Once a client is converted, you will hand ove the relationship to a Customer Care Specialist for ongoing support. This role offers uncapped commission potential and clear KPIs for success.

Responsibilities:
● Engage with inbound leads via phone, text, email, and chat to guide them through the sales process.
● Conduct consultations to assess potential clients' needs and recommend the best weight loss program.
● Close sales and enroll clients in our weight loss subscription programs.
● Manage follow-ups and lead nurturing campaigns to convert hesitant leads.
● Work closely with the Customer Care team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
● Utilize CRM tools (such as Go-High-Level or similar) to manage lead interactions and track progress.
● Monitor and optimize sales funnels, ensuring high conversion rates.
● Collaborate with marketing to identify trends and improve lead quality.


Requirements
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or subscription-based services.
● Strong communication skills with perfect or near-perfect English pronunciation.
● Ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients.
● Familiarity with CRM systems such as Go-High-Level and experience with sales automation.
● Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with commissions and bonuses.

● Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping people achieve their weight loss goals.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
