Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Utah Time

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and engagement through various digital marketing channels. This role requires expertise in social media, ad platforms, email marketing, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a keen eye for design, and the ability to analyze data to drive results. This individual will be responsible for creating marketing campaigns, managing workflows, and supporting our overall growth and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:
● Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google, and other ad platforms.
● Develop and manage automated email, text, and AI-driven workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
● Monitor and create performance-driven marketing reports, analyzing key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and other relevant KPIs.
● Design compelling creatives for landing pages, ads, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity and messaging.
● Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
● Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize campaign performance.
● Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in health and wellness marketing.
● Drive innovative marketing ideas and strategies to boost lead generation and customer retention.


Requirements
● Proven experience in digital marketing, including ad management, email marketing, and automated workflows.
● Strong knowledge of key marketing metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and CTR.

● Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant tools.(APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
● Experience creating and optimizing landing pages and web content for conversions.
● Strong design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
● Familiarity with CRM systems such as Go-High-Level or similar, marketing automation tools like ClickFunnels, and review management systems such as Podium or SalesCaptain.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Must be data-driven, results-oriented, and capable of making strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
