Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and efficient Call Room Staff to join our dedicated team that provide treatment plans and rehab solutions for any acute or chronic pain condition.. The ideal candidate will have a high level of empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think quickly under pressure to assist patients in distress. This role is vital in providing support to individuals experiencing pain, ensuring their concerns are addressed with patience, understanding, and professionalism. This person will work in our very busy call room answering an average of 60 calls a day with great customer service, kind voice, knowledgeable about our policies and practices and make outbound calls to patients to help them to get schedule with a positive demeanor.

Requirements
2 years experience in a busy call room
2 years experience with EHR systems: scheduling
2 years healthcare experience (HMO, PPO, Authorizations)
Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, phone systems (placing calls on hold and managing 2-3 calls at time)
Must be reliable, self-starter, mature, empathetic, and have excellent customer service skills
Must have an extra computer monitor and Adobe access
Great listening abilities
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience with Jot Forms or similar software is preferred, but not required
