This is a remote position.
Project Description:
· Supports Site Leads with deploying digital health solutions across BC, including eReferrals, eOrders, etc.
· Supports Site Leads with end-to-end onboarding of sites, from kick-off to go-live, including facilitation of EMR integration, and training for physicians and clinical staff
· Assists in documenting processes, outcomes, and lessons learned related to site activations
· Acquire basic knowledge of applicable EMR systems, and stay updated on new EMR systems as they are integrated with Ocean
· Ensures project plans and deployment tracker are maintained and updated regularly
· Coordinates communication between site teams and clinical teams
· Tracks and monitors site-specific tasks and deliverables
· Ensures timely execution of site activation activities
· Provides logistical support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions
· Takes meeting minutes and distributes them to relevant partners
· Updates and maintains shared project calendars
· Assists with risk and issue resolution, escalating to Site Leads when necessary
· Provides adhoc support to program coordinators for program-level activities
· Supports engagement efforts (e.g., weekly webinars, conferences, etc.) as required
· Experience within healthcare sector considered an asset
· Familiarity with Ocean or similar digital health solutions considered an asset
· Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or technology deployments
· Basic understanding of EMR systems and their integration processes
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse partners and clinical audiences
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools
· Detail-oriented with the ability to track and document processes, risks, and issues
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
· Experience with meeting coordination, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
· Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
· Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes as required
