International Cybernetics Company, LP, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales team! The SDR role is part of a highly collaborative sales team and will help build the sales pipeline and contribute to the overall growth of our company by supporting members of our Customer Success team. There are direct advancement opportunities into a Customer Success Manager role after successful performance as an SDR.

Based in Largo, FL, International Cybernetics Company (ICC) has designed and manufactured devices to collect road surface data since its founding in 1975. In May of 2022, ICC acquired Infrastructure Management Services (IMS), which is now fully integrated as the services division of ICC. Together, ICC and IMS boast almost five decades of experience in pavement engineering and analysis, software development, automated data collection equipment manufacturing, and ROW mapping.

Compensation:

  • $55,000 - $65,000 Base Salary
  • Sales Bonus Incentives


Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Researching and generating new leads through cold calls and emails to qualify prospects
  • Strategize with sales leaders to design targets and call plans of action.
  • Executing 50+ outbound calls/day or equivalent talk time.
  • Researching key influence makers.
  • Building prospecting lists.
  • Receive and process requests directly from customers.
  • Generate price quotations in a timely manner for approval by CSM's and executives.
  • Scheduling qualified appointments for CSM's.
  • Partnering with Account Executives to gain sales techniques and learn best practices.
  • Consistently meet or exceed goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
  • Manage, track, and report all activities in salesforce.com.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience is preferred
  • Strong desire to learn hands-on sales techniques such as targeting, lead gen, outbound prospecting, and overall sales process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
Salary Description
$55,000 - $65,000 Yearly
