Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Specialist to play a crucial role in building and managing our client’s digital presence across multiple business ventures. Responsibilities

  • Create and curate engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook, tailoring your approach to each unique business area
  • Manage vibrant online communities, responding promptly to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions
  • Collaborate with influencers and partner businesses to expand our client’s social media reach and impact
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visual content using tools like Canva to enhance social media posts
  • Produce and edit compelling video content optimized for various social platforms
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular performance reports and insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Spearhead social media campaigns for e-commerce product promotions, vacation rental marketing, and nonprofit event awareness
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing
  • Contribute to the development of our client’s personal brand in the technology and cybersecurity space through thoughtful content creation

Requirements
  • Proven track record in social media management and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your best work
  • Expert-level proficiency in major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms
  • Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and video editing software
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using social media analytics tools to inform strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce concepts and digital marketing strategies
  • Interest or background in technology, information security, or cybersecurity is a significant plus
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to new challenges
  • Ability to work 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, with flexibility based on Eastern Standard Time
