Who We Are Looking For 

We’re seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Accountant who will be involved in the month-end close process, financial reporting, perform account reconciliations, manage tax compliance, and perform other accounting duties as assigned. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 


 

What You’ll Do - Accounting 
 

  • Assist in the month-end and year-end close process, including preparing, reviewing, and posting journal entries 

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. 

  • Prepare monthly financial analysis and reports as requested 

  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts 

  • Collaborate with external auditors during financial and all other audits 

  • Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks. 

  • Recognize opportunities for process enhancements, collaborate with the team, and execute improvements. 

  • Other projects as assigned 
     

What You’ll Do – Tax & Business Compliance 

  • Coordinate with external tax groups to deliver annual tax returns and other applicable filings 

  • Communicate effectively with external auditors and external tax groups to ensure compliance and resolve issues 

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of business license and property tax returns to comply with state and local regulations 

 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent required) 

  • 5+ years of accounting experience 

  • Experience in financial analysis and internal controls. 

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting 

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
