What experience is important to us:


• Experience: 2-4 years in the payments industry (iGaming, FinTech, or e-commerce is a plus).
• Experience with payment systems (PSP, payment processors, banks).
• Experience in the iGaming, FinTech, or e-commerce sectors is a plus.
• Understanding of online payment mechanisms (Acquiring, Payouts, Chargeback, Fraud).
• Managing payment reporting and analyzing transactional data.
• Skills in payment analytics: conversion calculation and decline analysis.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and optimize payment processes.
• Experience working with payment providers (PSP).
• Experience in financial control and reporting.
• Understanding of key metrics: GGR, NGR, Net Deposits, Chargeback Rate.
• Basic knowledge in fraud detection (chargeback, multi-accounting, friendly fraud).
• Skills in minimizing chargebacks and declined payments.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (how payment integrations work) is a plus.

• Analyzing payment declines and interacting with PSPs to resolve them.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of payment channels and calculating commissions.
• Communicating with payment providers, banks, and aggregators.
• Working with technical teams on the integration and optimization of payment solutions.
• Collaborating with the customer support department regarding transactions.
• Analyzing the market and competitive solutions in the payments field.
• Searching for new technologies to improve the speed and convenience of payments.
