Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years as a Project Manager in IT (iGaming industry preferred);

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA);

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall);

• Proficiency in Jira / ClickUp for task tracking and backlog management;

• Familiarity with SDLC and API interactions (advantageous);
  Strong skills in task estimation (Story Points, T-shirt sizing) and prioritization (MoSCoW, WSJF);

• Experience in SLA management and project performance analysis (KPI, OKR);

• Ability to manage risks, analyze metrics, and optimize workflows;
  Problem-solving, critical thinking, and goal-oriented mindset;

What You Will Do:

• Lead and optimize project workflows, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery;

• Monitor task deadlines and coordinate between teams;

• Plan and assign tasks for developers and contractors;

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives);

• Collaborate with product teams to refine requirements and priorities;

• Solve project-related issues and proactively manage risks;

• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date;

• Analyze project performance based on KPIs and optimize accordingly;

• Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations;

• • Drive continuous improvement in team workflows and project execution.
