Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter & Admin to join our team in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth hiring processes while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. This role requires someone who is well-versed in recruitment strategies, including headhunting, conducting telephonic interviews, and managing the initial screening process. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable using Colombian sourcing tools and LinkedIn to attract top talent.
Requirements & Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment and administrative tasks.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, headhunting, telephonic screening, and interview coordination.
Familiarity with Colombian sourcing tools and LinkedIn for recruitment.
Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple hiring needs.
