Oversee Financial Operations: Manage the financial accounting system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of day-to-day operations.
Create Accurate and Timely Financial Statements: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial statements to the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner.
Provide Insightful Financial Analysis: Interpret financial data and trends, to guide the proper decision-making process.
Monthly Closures: Ensure monthly books are closed accurately and on time, with full attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Internal Controls: Maintain strong internal controls that foster a culture of compliance and financial integrity. Implement other controls, as needed.
Payroll Oversight: Assist with payroll and other key financial duties as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Independently perform day-to-day work, and communicate with staff regularly
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the management team and other leaders to streamline operations, drive improvements, and support the company’s overall financial goals.
Assist in the annual budgeting and planning process, providing timely and accurate reporting and identifying key variances and drivers.
Manage all accounting operations, ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Minimum of 5 years’ experience with supervisory responsibilities for a minimum of 2 years.
Experienced with US GAAP
Experience in a Professional Services firm is a plus.
