Implementation Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Implementation Associate to support our Payer Operations team. In this role, you will assist in executing claims health initiatives by supporting internal configuration tasks, eligibility testing, and data tracking for our Behavioral Health plan members. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation processes and help drive operational efficiency.

*This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC*

What You’ll Do

• Operational Support: 
  • Assist with tracking and managing progress on claims health initiatives. 
  • Support configuration tasks and conduct basic eligibility testing for Behavioral Health plan members.
  • Help maintain internal systems and spreadsheets to monitor process metrics.
  • Assist in the process and troubleshooting of weekly/monthly member and account level files.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work alongside Product, Sales, and Client Support teams to support effective implementation efforts.
  • Assist in compiling data for monthly reporting and analysis.
  • Assist Implementation Manager in successfully launching and maintaining Behavioral Health and EAP plans.
• Administrative Duties:
  • Provide support in troubleshooting emerging issues by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Help schedule and document tasks related to EFT/ERA setups with Finance and Revenue Cycle teams. 
•  General:
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of payer initiatives.

About You 

• Experience:
  • 1+ year in an administrative, operations, or support role; experience in healthcare or claims processing is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence is helpful.
• Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Education:
  • A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000 and $60,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
