As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to meet business hiring needs. Your primary focus will be proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines, and leveraging various channels to connect with IT professionals. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Proactively source and identify IT talent using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screening and engagement with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Utilize Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and other advanced sourcing techniques to find top IT talent.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Develop market insights and provide recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies.
Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, preferably within the IT industry.
Knowledge and Skills
Fluency in German (or another European language) and English at B2 or higher is required.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and professional networking.
Experience in identifying and engaging professionals across different domains (e.g., software development, cloud, cybersecurity, data science, sales).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities effectively.
