Position: Bilingual Mental Health Therapist - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Sign-on Bonus Eligible | Compensation: Starting at $75,000/yr | Fully Remote

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 or 11:30-8 (37.5 hrs/wk)

About the Role:

Setting: Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Pennsylvania – 100% Remote
Flexible Schedule: 37.5 hrs/week | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM EST
Patient Population: All Ages (Approx. 25% Children & Adolescents, 75% Adults) with diagnoses including SMI, anxiety disorder, depression, trauma, ADHD, and dual diagnosis
Compensation: $75,000/year (W2)

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)  or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Proven experience providing therapy services, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in these settings
Full-time availability (37.5 hours per week) during EST hours.
Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13+
Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, and willing and able to provide patient care in this language.
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
