Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, (minimum 35 hours/week)
    Monday-Friday anytime from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm New Jersey time

Client Timezone: EST (New Jersey-based)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new markets and opportunities for our legal training programs and services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Proactively engage in cold calling, emailing, and messaging prospective clients and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote legal trainings and services effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the legal, professional services, or education sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
