Answer phone calls regarding general inquiries and billing concerns
Assist patients and providers with billing inquiries through inbound calls
Facilitate payments using client software applications.

Must be experienced at least 1-3 years in a voice account supporting US Based Medical Billing for either Provider or Member Facing Customer Service Support
Strong English, written and oral, communication skills.
Advanced Computer Skills
Must be highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize activities effectively
Able to handle at least 50-60 calls per day
