Job description

This is a remote position.

Ful-time (40 hours a week)

Monday - Friday: 10 am - 7 pm with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day) CST

As a Luxury Travel Concierge Assistant, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes maestro orchestrating unforgettable travel experiences for a global clientele of high-net-worth individuals. Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless, luxurious journeys that exceed the expectations of the most discerning travelers. You’ll leverage your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for luxury travel to create and manage comprehensive itineraries, coordinate with high-end vendors, and anticipate client needs before they arise. Responsibilities
  • Craft detailed, personalized itineraries for luxury travel clients, ensuring every aspect of their journey is meticulously planned and executed
  • Coordinate and secure bookings for premium accommodations, including 5-star hotels, exclusive villas, and luxury yachts
  • Arrange high-end transportation, including private jet charters and luxury car services for seamless airport transfers
  • Secure reservations at world-class restaurants and exclusive dining experiences
  • Curate and book unique, tailored activities and experiences that align with clients’ interests and preferences
  • Manage multiple client trips simultaneously, especially during peak travel seasons, maintaining impeccable attention to detail for each
  • Communicate effectively with high-end vendors and service providers to ensure all arrangements are confirmed and error-free
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and offer creative solutions or enhancements to elevate their travel experience
  • Handle client requests and communications primarily via WhatsApp and email, maintaining a professional and responsive demeanor at all times
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all travel components, double and triple-checking arrangements to guarantee a flawless experience
  • Prepare comprehensive travel documentation for clients, including detailed itineraries, reservation confirmations, and helpful travel tips
  • Stay informed about luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and exclusive offerings to provide cutting-edge recommendations to clients

  • Proven experience in luxury travel planning, high-end hospitality, or as an executive assistant catering to VIP clients
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing potential issues
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury travel destinations, high-end hospitality services, and exclusive experiences worldwide
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in using various digital tools and software for travel planning, communication, and project management
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism
  • Flexibility to occasionally accommodate urgent requests or time-sensitive communications outside of regular business hours
  • Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized service
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field preferred
