Position Summary:
Swiftly is searching for a skilled Salesforce admin that will support marketing initiatives, retailer sales flows, advertising campaigns, mange invoices and more. This role will support and work closely with multiple teams and will need strong attention to detail. This is a full time contract role.  
We use Deel as the contract of record.  

Responsibilities Include:
  • Ensure high-quality data by importing, updating, and cleaning records while removing duplicates and outdated entries. Create and manage data validation rules to enforce consistency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations 
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts to align with business workflows. Develop and optimize automation using Flow, workflows, and process builder to improve efficiency in the sales cycle, from lead capture to opportunity closure 
  • Assign roles, profiles, and permission sets while managing authentication, security settings, and data access controls. Set up field-level security, role hierarchies, and sharing rules to ensure compliance and proper data segmentation 
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor system performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business strategies 
  • Manage the Salesforce CPQ module to streamline pricing, discounting policies, and approval workflows. Ensure billing rules are reflected in Salesforce flows and reports, integrating with NetSuite for accurate financial reporting and analysis 
  • Oversee integrations with third-party apps and external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange between Salesforce and platforms like NetSuite. Collaborate with IT teams to implement enhancements and resolve system errors 
  • Provide end-user training, create documentation, and act as a liaison between business teams and Salesforce developers. Troubleshoot issues, drive user adoption, and stay updated with Salesforce releases to implement necessary updates 
  • Facilitate the billing process within Salesforce, ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue recognition 
  • Other related duties as assigned 

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, CPQ, and integration mechanisms with other systems like NetSuite 
  • Ability to analyze data, understand business processes, and provide insights for improvement 
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between departments, understand their needs, and translate them into Salesforce solutions
