THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Senior Marketing Manager at Caraway will play a key role in shaping and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and supporting New Product Development (NPD) launches. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this role will lead cross-functional marketing efforts, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs that drive growth and brand awareness.
This is a strategic and executional role that requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects, support cross-functional teams, and drive performance improvements across marketing + campaign initiatives. The Senior Marketing Manager will work collaboratively to ensure that Caraway’s campaigns and product launches align with brand objectives, meet deadlines, and resonate with our target audience.
WHO YOU ARE:
You are a seasoned marketing professional with experience leading integrated campaigns and product launches from strategy to execution. You have a strategic mindset, strong project management skills and managing timelines, and a data-driven approach to marketing. With a deep understanding of cross-channel marketing (owned, paid, retail), you know how to build and execute campaigns that engage customers and drive business results.
You’re a natural collaborator who can influence stakeholders, improve processes, and bring innovative ideas to the table. You bring a proactive mindset to problem-solving. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable juggling competing priorities, and bring a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. You are passionate about home goods, storytelling, and contributing to a non-toxic and sustainable lifestyle.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 - Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors determining the base pay at offer, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
