About the team 👋

The UK Customer Onboarding Manager works as part of our UK onboarding team, included within our UK business here at Samotics. In this role, the UK Customer Onboarding Manager will take on full responsibility for one or more of Samotics’ priority accounts and drive our onboarding activities as clients across the UK install Samotics SAM4 hardware.

This role involves working with our clients across the UK as well as their appointed framework installers to drive a right first-time installation of our hardware at pace, allowing our clients to reap early benefits of efficient SAM4 installation.

Our UK Onboarding team works alongside our broader UK business that includes our fantastic Strategic Account Executives, Customer Success managers, Asset Reliability Specialists and field based Reliability & Efficiency Technical experts to provide an end to end offering that drives world class customer service for our UK client base.
