Genesis10 is seeking a IT Systems Analyst for a contract with our client. This is a 100% Remote contract position through 2025.

Job Description:

The IT Systems Analyst Sr is responsible for utilizing various delivery methodologies employed by client and assist in the communications interface between IT and the business community in the investigation, identification, and documentation of business application requirements and technical solutions based on applicable technologies within client for either the enhancement of existing applications or to foster the development of new applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Drives collaboration with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Engineers, Quality Analysts and external/cross-functional teams to fulfill solution goals, ensuring solutions align with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & other success measurements.
Drive the solution ensuring the outcome meets the true business value by working closely with the Product Owners and engineers to validate designs, facilitate demos and Team iterative reviews
Collaborate with the Product Owner and technical leads to take Epics and Features from ideas to tangible delivery by analyzing business needs with a technical focus on the end-user outcome
Collaborate with Product Owner to refine user stories into atomic units of work for prioritization in the product backlog; driving the technical components through to supporting deployment into production, and any necessary production support thereafter
Perform UI/UX Design and Screen mock-ups utilizing Adobe Studio or similar design tools
Finalize and represent project work on behalf of Systems Analyst IT team for estimation process
Foster and support established Communities of Practice across the various teams ensuring collaboration

Required Basic Qualifications:

Previous Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare experience with understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, the Exchanges along with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA and/or PCI and PHI)
Experience working in an internal or commercial software development organization with experience in Agile software development life cycle
SQL querying
Source to target data mapping
UAT test case creation and execution

Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $65- $71
