3-5 years of experience in Physical Therapy Accounts Receivable (AR), Familiarity with EMR systems such as A2C, Prompt, Webpt/Therabill, Patient Studio, and Theraoffice, Strong understanding of billing processes and insurance regulations, Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills..
Key responsabilities:
Manage a team to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency.
Track weekly production and collection targets while investigating trends with insurance carriers.
Submit monthly reports to the CEO/Owner, identifying and discussing trends in billing and collections.
Collaborate in meetings to optimize over-the-counter collections and implement timely billing follow-up programs.
