JOB PURPOSE
The Operations Coordinator at Dynamic Energy plays a critical support role for the Operations Manager and the growing Operations Team, ensuring smooth project execution by managing administrative workflows, compliance tracking, and project documentation. This role will be responsible for tracking contractor licenses, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), COI expiration and compliance, DocuSign records, and other essential administrative tasks. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will support Procore systems management, EPC Playbook updates, and project reporting. The position will work closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers to enhance operational efficiency and maintain organized, up-to-date project documentation.

Required: Associate degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

The expected starting pay range for this role is $38.00 - $43.00 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
