Job Overview:

The Senior Product Manager (AI Focus) will own the product roadmap for AI-powered solutions, drive innovation, and align business objectives with data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong mix of strategic vision, AI/ML technical knowledge, and leadership skills to execute AI initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision
  • Define and drive the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities to enhance business value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, influencing product strategy through AI insights and trends.

 

AI Product Development & Execution

  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop and deploy AI-powered features.
  • Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into scalable, user-centric products.
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring AI solutions meet performance, compliance, and ethical guidelines.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive AI-driven user experiences.

 

Data-Driven Insights & AI Optimization

  • Leverage AI analytics to refine product performance and customer experience.
  • Ensure AI models align with business goals, optimizing accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date on industry advancements in AI/ML (particularly GenAI and LLMs) and incorporate them into product strategy.

 

Customer Advocacy & Market Strategy

  • Gather customer insights to refine AI product capabilities.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies for AI solutions.
  • Monitor AI market trends, competitor products, and regulatory guidelines to ensure competitive differentiation.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as the primary liaison between AI/ML teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to gain executive buy-in on AI initiatives.
  • Drive alignment across multiple departments to ensure consistent messaging and strategy execution.
Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI-powered products.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with engineering teams on AI/ML-based solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical AI concepts into user-friendly features.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and executive presentations.
  • Advanced proficiency using Aha! is a plus.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in facilitating and clarifying client needs and translating them into user stories.
  • Proven ability to write concise and effective user stories to develop detailed requirements.
  • Experience working with Agile-based software, including leading planning and grooming meetings.
  • Strong experience working with JIRA and other Agile processes.
  • Ability to create diagrams to visually represent requirements and/or high-level architecture.
  • Experience managing mobile app products is preferred.
  • Minimum internet speed requirement: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
