SIG has been a trusted partner to over 1,000 higher education institutions globally since our inception in 1988. Our solution sets include Strategy & Optimization Consulting, Enterprise Applications Implementation and Managed Services, Data Services, and Cybersecurity.

About the role

Are you ready to make a real impact in the lives of people? We're on the hunt for a passionate and results-driven Talent Sourcer & Recruiter to join us in this newly created role. At SIG, we believe that our success is fueled by the amazing people who bring their unique perspectives and skills to the table. We don't just hire talent—we nurture and celebrate it!

In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates to help us continue building a powerhouse of higher education technology consultants. We’re looking for someone who’s not just a recruiter, but a connector—someone who thrives on building relationships, discovering untapped potential, and delivering a standout experience for every candidate. Bonus points if you have a proven track record sourcing niche talent in higher education or tech consulting!

But it's not just about the job—it’s about the culture. We foster an environment where collaboration and innovation thrive, and every team member is empowered to grow and shine. If you’re looking to join a team that values creativity, authenticity, and the joy of working together toward a common mission, we want to meet you!

  • Review candidate applications to determine skill and experience alignment.

 Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with Practice Managers, Account Executives, and Leadership to understand the skills needed for our consultants to be successful.

 Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

  • Provide an inclusive and equitable candidate experience that is memorable and positive for candidates.
  • Promote Strata Information Group’s employer brand through professional networking and relationship-building.
