Who We Are Looking For

The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing our Account Executive team for the UK and US markets, ensuring a strong pipeline and performance culture, and driving predictable revenue growth. This role is critical to executing our go-to-market strategy and ensuring our product proves value quickly through pilot (POC) execution and rapid scaling.
Success in this role requires deep expertise in sales performance management, coaching, and execution, along with the ability to recruit and retain top-tier sales professionals.

How You Will Make an Impact 

 

Pipeline & Performance Management 

  • Take ownership of sales, pipeline forecasting, tracking, and prospecting optimization to improve predictability and conversion rates
  • Implement data-driven sales processes to ensure consistent deal progression and revenue growth.
  • Drive sales execution discipline, ensuring AEs meet and exceed quotas with a high-performance mindset.

Sales Team Development & Coaching

  • Lead, mentor, and continuously coach AEs to improve their selling techniques, objection handling, and deal-closing abilities.
  • Develop structured training programs to upskill AEs and drive sales excellence.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement.

Mastering Pilots 

  • Guide AEs in structuring and executing pilot programs (POCs) to demonstrate immediate value and drive full-scale adoption.
  • Develop best practices for POC success, ensuring rapid iteration and seamless transitions to long-term contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the sales playbook based on POC learnings.

Hiring & Building the Sales Team

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing AEs, ensuring we have top talent to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop a high-performance culture, ensuring a competitive, results-driven team.
  • Work closely with the CRO to scale the team efficiently as x-hoppers grows.

GTM Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align sales execution with go-to-market strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration with marketing and product teams.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to refine value propositions and product roadmaps.
  • Partner with the CMO and BDR manager to support demand generation and ensure AEs effectively leverage marketing and outbound outreach resources.
