Job Scope and Accountabilities:

The Senior Product Manager is a product leader within our organization, responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio. As a seasoned product management professional, you will lead and mentor junior team members, drive product roadmaps, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and launch of high-impact products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the product vision and strategy, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, and driving product innovation. Your strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and leadership skills will be instrumental in delivering exceptional user experiences and achieving business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's overall goals and market trends.

·       Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, content, design, production, sales and customer success, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives and features.

·       Lead the product roadmap planning, ensuring that it addresses customer needs, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.

·       Drive the successful execution of product development, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of product quality.

·       Use data and customer insights to make informed decisions, continuously optimizing products and identifying areas for improvement.

·       Champion the voice of the customer, incorporating feedback into product decisions and enhancing user experiences.

·       Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and pricing.

·       Analyze product performance metrics and conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and threats.

·       Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications and Experience Required:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

·       6-7+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a focus on software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.

·       Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of innovative products.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

·       Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.

·       Proficiency in product management methodologies, agile practices, and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc).

·       Ability to develop understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the SaaS industry.

·       Strong business acumen and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with achieving business goals.

·       Experience working with team members in a global setting.

·       Ability to foster successful partnerships and excellent working relationships with internal teams, and customers.

·       A curious mind to learn new things about the product, your industry and your customers.

·       Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining a positive attitude

·       Strong speaking skills, comfortable in front of large group with the desire and ability to show off your product to customers and prospects.

 

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
