Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Work Schedule: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Sydney time with 1 hr unpaid break

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and other authoring tools.
Collaborate with SMEs to analyze training needs and define learning objectives.
Ensure instructional content is engaging, effective, and aligned with adult learning principles.
Create multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, videos, and simulations.
Test and troubleshoot courses to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
Proficiency in Articulate 360 and other e-learning tools
Strong understanding of instructional design
Experience designing SCORM compliant courses for LMS deployment.
Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible learning experiences.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Experience with video editing tools is a plus.
