You’ll work on our industry-leading sales execution platform powered by AI. Specifically, you’ll design product experiences for our core product Outreach Engage that accelerates sales prospecting workflows, and for our mobile apps. You’ll collaborate with the team that owns orchestration experiences for Sequences, Tasks, and Triggers, as well as the Mobile app team, and you’ll be able to shape the product experience significantly. You’ll likely contribute to our design system’s patterns and components too.

Your Daily Adventures:
Work with a highly adept team of Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners to advance core product capabilities and bring new insights to streamline user flows.
Define product experiences that accelerate sales workflows via automated sequences, task flows, and triggers.
Craft industry-leading system architectures, user flows, usable interaction models, and highly polished UI visuals
Partner closely with other designers to collaborate and iterate on solutions, and expand our design system patterns
Present well-considered design strategies, concepts and prototypes, and communicate the underlying rationale with confidence to your team and company leadership
Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations to ship well-considered product enhancements that deliver measurable impact
Partner with our Product Managers to conduct customer interviews, gather qualitative and quantitative insights to support your design work, and run usability studies to evaluate proposed solutions
Become an expert in the sales representative persona, their pain points and user needs
Help us co-create a vibrant inclusive design culture co-created by team members from various geographies (incl. US, CZ, IN) and backgrounds, focused on mutual support and continuous improvement
Basic Requirements:
Have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating design concepts, customer journeys, beautiful and elegant visual UI designs, and crafting interaction details that solve complex customer problems.
Have 8+ years of experience in product design / UX design / interaction design for digital software products. Bonus points for having designed workflow-based productivity tools.
Have 1+ year of experience designing native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Have experience with defining design systems, creating UI components and patterns
Have experience leading design for a major feature area or vertical independently and are confident bringing a strong and informed design point of view.
Are skilled in presenting and explaining your work, process, decisions, and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and proactively seek feedback to deliver world-class designs.
Skillfully gauge and adjust your process and deliverable fidelity for proposed solutions to meet the objectives. Including: early vision, conceptual work, information architecture, low fidelity wireframes, user flow prototypes, detailed visual design, and design specifications.
Can work within fast-paced agile teams where close collaboration is part of the daily rhythm.
Have experience participating in and driving design research activities.
Are a systems thinker and canutilize, propose, and extend shared components, patterns, and interactive behaviors.
Are passionate about the details and always keep pushing your work until it is refined, elegant, and world class.
Are uncompromisingly service-minded and anticipate the needs of customers and colleagues with empathy.

Job Location:
This is a remote role, however you’ll be required to travel to the Hyderabad office occasionally to meet the team.
