Your Job
As a Senior Sales Manager UK, your main goal is to drive agency-driven revenue growth while shaping and optimizing Sparteo’s advertising and marketing offerings. You'll ensure our solutions align with market needs, foster strong relationships with agencies, and contribute to Sparteo’s commercial expansion.

Revenue Development with Direct Agencies
- Lead and expand direct revenue from agency partners, ensuring long-term, high-value relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, identifying opportunities for optimization to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Provide strategic insights to enhance sales effectiveness and drive agency engagement.
Advertising & Marketing Offer Development
- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of Sparteo’s adtech solutions based on market trends and agency needs.
- Incorporate client insights to enhance the relevance and impact of our advertising offerings.
Custom Solution Creation for Client Needs
- Develop tailored solutions aligned with client objectives and Sparteo’s technological capabilities.
- Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure feasibility and scalability.
Market Opportunity Identification & Client Feedback Integration
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and anticipate agency needs.
- Leverage data insights and market research to refine Sparteo’s value proposition.
Commercial Strategy Definition & Implementation
- Help define and execute the UK demand-side commercial strategy in line with Sparteo’s growth objectives.
- Align sales efforts with business goals, setting clear performance KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of agency campaigns.
- Bring valuable market insights to enhance Sparteo’s competitive positioning.
Your profile for this job
- Proven experience in agency or demand-side sales within the digital advertising or ad-tech sector.
- Strong understanding of agency dynamics and the ability to develop solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Experience in custom solution design based on market and client feedback.
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills to work closely with product and marketing.
