    • Coordinate speakers, content, and attendee acquisition
    • Develop post-webinar strategies to nurture leads into sales
  • Partner & Relationship Management

    • Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships for co-marketing opportunities (e.g. list swapping, co-promoting)
    • Leverage partners to expand reach and drive lead generation
  • Analytics & Optimisation

    • Track and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise results
    • Monitor and improve conversion rates across all marketing channels
    • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts
    • Ensure ROI-driven decision-making and cost-effective marketing spend

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of generating high-quality leads
  • Experience in organising and running large-scale webinars with strong attendance and engagement
  • Excellent understanding of LinkedIn marketing
  • Data-driven and results-focused, with experience using analytics tools to measure performance
  • Self-starter, able to work independently while collaborating with sales and leadership teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in safety or risk-related industries
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of paid advertising strategies (particularly LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads)

Why Join Us?
