Position Summary:

Acuren-logo---170px-wide Acuren Inspection is currently looking for a remote Finance Admin to support our US operations.

Responsibilities:

Research and resolve unapplied payments
Inform Office Managers of customer account problems and unresolved cash application claims within a timely manner
Contact customers, internal contacts, and 3^rd party portals to obtain payment remits
Answer internal inquiries regarding payment applications and follow up on related unresolved issues
Utilize Vlookups and pivot tables on reference documents to convert customer reference numbers into Acuren invoice numbers
Obtain updated reference documents from Office Managers and maintain Cash Team’s internal reference documents
Identify and propose solutions to increase the effectiveness of processes and procedures
Conduct account reconciliations to identify and correct posting errors
Apply payments with accuracy

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- 1 - 3 years of experience with AR and Collections
- Previous experience in accurate processing within a high-volume environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook with general knowledge of Accounting systems (Sage MAS)
- Strong data entry background with an emphasis on 10-key skills
- Ability to professionally and effectively build relationships
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working in an industrial environment would be considered an asset
